Ron Aroca brings 15 years of experience across business intelligence, technology and operations, helping organizations make better decisions, strengthen their teams and turn strategy into measurable results.

Throughout his career, Ron has led cross-functional teams and initiatives spanning information systems, client success, logistics and process improvement. His work connects data, people and technology, giving leaders greater visibility into their businesses and helping teams understand their priorities, responsibilities and impact.

Ron founded CrescentiaLab to bring that practical experience to companies navigating growth and change. Through consulting and executive coaching, he helps business leaders clarify their direction, identify operational gaps, establish meaningful performance measures and build the accountability needed to follow through.

His approach combines analytical thinking with a deep interest in how people communicate, lead and work together. Drawing on his training in coaching and Six Sigma, along with frameworks such as EOS®, Scaling Up®, OKRs and 4DX, Ron helps organizations translate ambitious goals into manageable actions and consistent execution.

He is also the creator of the CrescentiaOS methodology, designed to help companies visualize their business, align their teams and connect long-term goals with everyday work.
