This notice explains what personal data CrescentiaLab LLC ("CrescentiaLab", "we") collects when you visit crescentialab.com or contact us, what we use it for and what rights you have. It does not cover the CrescentiaOS application, which has its own terms of use.

What data we collect
Demo form: name, company, email, phone (optional), team size and the message you write.
Scheduling: if you pick a time, Calendly collects the details you enter on its page, under its own privacy notice.
Analytics: only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records site usage data (pages visited, time, device type, approximate country or city and an IP address processed by Google).
What we use it for
To answer your request, schedule and prepare the demo or assessment, and follow up on it.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Basis for using it
Your consent, when you send the form or accept cookies; and our interest in replying to people who contact us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (form emails), Google (Analytics, if you accept) and Calendly (scheduling). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
We may also share it when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them in the site notice. If you reject them, they are not loaded. You can change your choice with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
Contact details, for as long as there is a business relationship or up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or request a copy, under the law that applies to you (for example, Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law). Email raroca@crescentialab.com and we will reply within 15 days at most.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and providers with recognized security measures. No system is 100% secure, but we take care of your data as if it were ours.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
